What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver excellent donor care through email and written correspondence, resolving issues and updating donation schedules
- Monitor, sort, and triage the Mission Advancement email inbox and designated workflows
- Respond to donors' written inquiries and evaluate donation issues, including making donations and address changes
- Safeguard benefactor information while maintaining donor privacy
- Occasionally assist during peak donor call traffic to answer calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with fundraising principles and best practices
- A Practicing Catholic with knowledge of the Catholic Faith and the employer's mission
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a patient, helpful disposition
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent training and work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with fundraising CRMs
- Bilingual in Spanish
