What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and steward donor relationships to drive mission impact and revenue growth
- Execute event strategies that connect donor interests with the organization’s mission
- Maintain and grow a donor revenue portfolio through effective stewardship practices
- Collaborate with market leadership to identify and mobilize volunteers for events
- Ensure data integrity in CRM systems for effective donor management and budget forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in donor development or fundraising
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful fundraising events
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Four-year college degree in a related field
- Experience in managing volunteer teams for events
- Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising software
- Knowledge of philanthropic interests and donor engagement strategies
- Background in nonprofit or health advocacy sectors
