What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with 700-1,200 mid-level donors through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, mail)
- Execute stewardship and cultivation strategies to retain and grow donor support
- Resolve or escalate donor requests and questions as necessary
- Meet donor request service level agreements (SLAs) and complete weekly tasks in a timely manner
- Document interactions with donors and participate in client calls when needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-level customer service
- Knowledge of fundraising and the non-profit sector
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in telemarketing, fundraising, sales, or customer service environments
- Non-profit professional or volunteer experience
