      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide business support including calendar management, inbox management, and travel coordination
      - Assist with personal support tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing household operations
      - Conduct research projects, document preparation, and presentation support
      - Act as a liaison across internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality
      - Track expenses, process invoices, and create reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years as a Personal or Executive Assistant, with C-suite experience being a plus
      - At least 6 months of remote assistant work
      - Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or fast-paced executives
      - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
      - Must be able to sign an NDA and pass a background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous Independent Contractor experience is highly preferred
      - Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
      - Experience with AI tools
      - Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
      - Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite or WordPress
