      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review medical records and code assignment for accurate DRG assignment
      - Utilize Accuity technology for tracking coding errors and data collection
      - Research and respond to inquiries regarding compliance and coding denials
      - Interact with physicians, peers, and management regarding documentation and regulations
      - Develop and adapt relevant client procedures and systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum 4 years of inpatient coding experience in a hospital facility
      - Coding credential required from AHIMA/AAPC (RHIA, RHIT, CCS and/or CPC, or CIC)
      - Knowledge of auditing concepts, coding guidelines, and medical coding systems
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and in a Windows environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of directly related experience in coding and DRG reimbursement
