      Program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as English, and soft skills such as communication, tools to achieve a good work-study balance, among others. In turn, they will also be taught the culture and structure of the company. At the same time they will join different teams of the organization, such as Operations, Finance, Economics, Business Administration.

      The proposal is open to students from Human Resources, who are at least half way into their degree, and with an advanced level of English, with no previous work experience. We are looking for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self-initiated.

      What do we ask for this position?

      These opportunities are for University students from Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology looking to gain an insight into our firm and industry prior to finishing school.

      Advanced English (Portuguese is a plus)
      Program length: 18 months maximum
      Workload: 19 hours per week available.
