- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Two to three years of related work experience, prior drug testing knowledge, and federal DOT drug testing knowledge preferred.
- MRO Assistant Certification required or willing to acquire within 6 months of accepting position.
- Breath Alcohol Trainer Certification required or willing to acquire within 6 months of accepting position.
- Urine Drug Screen Trainer Certification required or willing to acquire within 6 months of accepting position.

Drug and Alcohol Coordinator/ MRO Assistant is responsible for the oversight of the Drug and Alcohol program as well as being the MRO Assistant. Position is the initial contact for drug screening clients. Responsible for collection of required client information, registration, specimen collection, packaging, and shipping of specimens, maintaining client database, and communication with clients regarding services and selection of random employees. Efficient data entering for billing purposes into EMR.
The Medical Review Officer Assistant (MROA) assists the Medical Review Officer, Clients, staff members and patients by processing, verifying, and reporting of drug test results.
