      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and prioritize drug authorization requests for patient treatment plans requiring prior authorization
      - Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through various systems and communication methods
      - Prepare and complete payer-specific prior authorization forms, interpreting medical policy criteria
      - Assist patients in resolving insurance-related issues prior to treatment initiation
      - Manage prior authorization reports to ensure proper drug dispenses are authorized and followed up on

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in drug authorization or a related healthcare role
      - Strong knowledge of third-party payer rules and regulations
      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a cancer treatment or research environment
      - Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
      - Previous experience in customer service or patient interaction
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology
      - Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
