What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and process custom product orders and special requests from various platforms.
- Monitor and resolve order processing issues and integration errors to maintain system integrity.
- Generate performance reports to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
- Process and monitor shipment updates for timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct bulk product data updates and audits in SAP and Brightpearl to ensure data accuracy.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to work 8 am-5 pm Eastern Standard Time Zone.
- Must possess an unrestricted right to work in the U.S.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to mastering new skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data entry and management with various systems.
- Previous professional internship experience in data management or computer information systems.
- Willingness to travel to Holland, MI quarterly.
