      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver instruction in Mandarin to students, utilizing various teaching methods to enhance language skills
      - Lead small groups during literacy rotations, collaborating with lead teachers on instructional techniques
      - Create lesson plans and administer assessments in alignment with curriculum objectives
      - Promote cross-cultural activities and serve as a cultural resource for students and the community
      - Support school-wide policies and maintain order among students during instructional time

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin
      - Intermediate to high proficiency in English
      - Post-secondary degree in an education-related field
      - Minimum of one year of elementary teaching experience
      - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between schools
