What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate, compile, and review securitization reports
- Address loan-level data-related inquiries from clients
- Review loan files and research inquiries from clients and counterparties
- Collaborate with the Securitization Manager and Transaction Managers to prepare required documentation and reporting
- Assist in managing timelines for active securitizations in the pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong background in computer programs used for manufacturing or reviewing mortgage loans
- Standard knowledge of the Microsoft Office product suite
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred in business, economics, statistics, or a related field
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the financial services or securitization industry
- Demonstrated professional communication skills
- Familiarity with secondary products in the securitization process
