What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist and resolve issues occurring for customers and travel agents during travel
- Communicate and uphold policies related to fulfilling Travel Agent and consumer expectations
- Investigate and resolve escalations, completing required follow-up and after-call work
- Provide support with email and call volume to meet service levels
- Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback for process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or related role
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Office and proprietary systems
- Strong problem-resolution skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via voice, email, and chat
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in an equivalent role with GDS experience
- Familiarity with function-specific systems
- Experience in a travel-related customer service position
