  Job Description

  We are looking for a Duty Manager who will be responsible for overseeing reception tasks, daily Front Office operations, and upholding quality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  As a Duty Manager your role is crucial in ensuring positive guest experiences by resolving concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

  Within this role your main responsibilities are;

  • Supervise, train and coordinate the Front Desk team and maintain high service standards and uphold our brand image;
  • Ensure a correct check-in and check-out process following LQA standards;
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement;

  • Providing and improving the luxury service and following up on the guest journey;
  • Answering various questions and correctly handling telephone calls and e-mails;
  • Maintain constant communication with other departments;
  • Ensure consistency in LQA Standards at all times;
  • Build relationship with regular guests;
  • Responsible for daily operations when the Management Team is absent in the hotel.

  Qualifications

  • Experience as a Duty Manager/Shift leader at the Front Office is a plus;
  • A natural “drive” to get to know people and to exceed expectations;
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise;
  • Guest-oriented, affinity with planning and organizing and eye for details;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed;
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
