      Dynamics CRM Manager

      We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to support the implementation, and management of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales platform within Grant Thornton. The CRM Manager will play a key role in our relationship management approach, enhancing and streamlining business processes, developing reporting and KPIs and supporting our data governance strategy, all of which underpins our growth strategy.

      We are at a pivotal moment in the implementation of the new CRM platform which is complex and strategic priority for the firm and is part of a wider business transformation programme. Taking the business forward with digital and data at the foundation of what we do, this is a fabulous opportunity to be at the centre of this programme and the role is critical to its success.

      A look into the role

      As a CRM Manager within our Markets and Clients data team, you will:

      • Be a key role within the Project team implementing Dynamics 365 sales - oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Dynamics CRM system, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

      • Manage the transition of the CRM team – lead the day to day running of the CRM team, support the team with their development and transition to the new platform.

      • Integration and Automation - collaborate with IS and other departments to integrate Dynamics 365 sales with other business systems, enhancing data flow and process efficiency.

      • User Training and Support - provide training and ongoing support to CRM users, ensuring proficient use of the system's features and functionalities.

      • Data Management and Quality - work closely with the Data governance team to maintain accurate and high-quality client and target data.

      • Vendor Management - manage relationships with CRM solution providers, consultants, and vendors to ensure ongoing support, updates, and enhancements.

      Knowing you’re right for us

      Joining us as our CRM Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is proven experience of implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales in a professional services or similar environment. You will need to have strong knowledge of CRM concepts and principles and experience with CRM customisation, configuration and workflow automation.

      It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

      • Leading by example and coaching a happy and highly motivated team of experts to success, people manager for CRM team.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

      • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus.

      • Strong understanding of Marketing Automation principles (esp. Marketo/MS Dynamics) and its practical application would be advantageous.

      • Have strong core project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage projects from end to end to timescale and positive outcome.
