What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in sprint planning sessions and contribute to user story discussions
- Lead the development and unit testing of D365 CE customizations and configurations
- Integrate D365 CE with other applications using Azure features
- Perform peer reviews and coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership and ensure implementation aligns with design specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of technical experience in Dynamics CRM/D365 CE and .Net (ASP.Net MVC, Web API, WPF, SQL Server)
- Proficient in coding with C# and familiar with the latest .Net syntax
- Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and SQL queries
- Experience with Dynamics 365 customizations, workflows, plugins, and security
- Demonstrated ability to perform unit testing and lead a technical team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Knockout
- Knowledge of SSIS/KWS and SCRIBE
- Familiarity with Azure functionalities including logic apps and Web API
- Ability to write D365 Fetch-based reports
- Strong documentation skills and agile methodology understanding
