What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the overall operation of the website and ensure a seamless user experience
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with product selections
- Optimize product listings with detailed descriptions and visual assets
- Build relationships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers on stock availability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce and website maintenance
- Experience with content, product, and inventory management
- Knowledge of SEO and non-technical SEO best practices
- Proficiency in using Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience using Google Analytics for project management and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of CSS Media queries
