What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide onboarding assistance to new customers, ensuring effective use of NGP VAN products
- Manage the provisioning and de-provisioning of customer accounts and features for various NGP VAN products
- Deliver client webinars and training sessions to promote product adoption
- Develop and maintain client resources, including training guides and case studies
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and support company revenue goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in onboarding, customer service, or technical training
- Familiarity with NGP VAN or other campaign/nonprofit platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks and adhere to timelines
- Commitment to client success and delivering a positive user experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in progressive politics or digital organizing
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Mobilize, or ActionKit
