What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the recruiting strategy for entry-level and early career development programs in partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders
- Participate in recruiting events, including university and military installations, to attract diverse talent
- Serve as the main point of contact for interns and ensure a positive experience throughout their internship
- Conduct proactive needs analysis with hiring managers to facilitate high-volume hiring during peak demands
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to generate a high-quality candidate pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or the ability to effectively manage multiple competing tasks
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or relevant fields; internal experience with the employer is acceptable
- Must be local to the Mooresville/Charlotte Metro Area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience with behavioral interviewing
- Experience with Microsoft tools and applications
- Familiarity with the Military Community, including Veterans and Military Spouses
