      The Opportunity:

      The Early Careers Development team is a fast moving, rapidly evolving team that is working to position CSL, as one of the leading employer brands at our targeted educational institutions around the world. The team’s objective is to source and deliver exceptional early career and graduate talent to CSL, across a broad spectrum of roles and training programs. This is accomplished through developing close and collaborative relationships with leading educational institutions; leveraging CSL’s extensive marketing capabilities to design and deploy an effective early career marketing campaign; utilizing technology to the fullest extent (including social media) to connect with candidates; and developing sophisticated candidate screening and selection methods to cast a wide net for talent and hire the best talent while ensuring a great candidate experience. This is a hybrid role, which requires some onsite work. #LI-hybrid

      The Role:

      Consult and meet regularly with hiring managers to ensure end to end operations of early career programs:

      • Proactive outreach to capture operational workforce planning needs.
      • Understanding of job requirement and skills required.
      • Review sourcing and advertising option and available candidate in the pipeline.
      • Assist in the interview and selection process.
      • Facilitate on-boarding and program development in coordination with hiring department.
      • Support mangers in coaching, mentoring, etc.
      • Facilitate the conversion or off-boarding process.
      • Maintain alumni networks and outreach.

      Work with Early Career Program leadership to design the yearly implementation plan for hiring and developing internship, co-op, trainee, graduate, and apprentice participants.

      Serve as the subject matter expert in early careers by identifying trends in the university and new graduate hiring market, educating key stakeholders, and enabling managers to support all programs.

      Act as an internal consultant to key stakeholders on campus relations, early career recruiting and programming and conversion of candidate to full-time employees.

      Manage and execute the campus hiring strategy at target schools, colleges, and universities across the assigned regions/programs.

      • Attend and manage campus-specific Career Fairs, Information Sessions and Presentations, Initial round interviews, Superdays (Final round interviews), Office visits and other creative campus events.
      • In partnership with our talent marketing team, develop strategic sourcing strategies and project plans to effectively source a diverse pipeline of candidates through cold calling, networking, career fairs, Internet postings, on-campus recruiting, and employee referrals.

      Create and maintain early career onboarding and development programs by partnering with our global L&D team to leverage existing assets. Coach mentor and provide feedback etc., to provide the best candidate experience.

      Track and monitor the candidate and manager experience throughout the life cycle of the program.

      Conduct initial screenings, on-site interviews and assessment centers, evaluation, and documentation of interview feedback, as well as completion of all EEOC requirements within applicant tracking system. Maintain and update applicant tracking and alumni databases.

      In partnership with the business, selecting and curating the most impactful internship and development program assignments.

      Coaching, mentoring and developing the cohort of the early talent pipeline programs. Provide program members with regular coaching and feedback on their performance, behaviors, and results. Lead the identification and implementation of additional learning curriculum specific to the functional or technical training needs.

      Transition the graduating members of your early talent pipeline cohort to full-time roles and provide alumni support and engagement.

      Act as an internal consultant to key stakeholders on guidelines related to campus relations and recruiting (process, goals) for the season.

      Consult and meet regularly with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job requirements, review sourcing and advertising options, assist in the selection process, and facilitate on-boarding as necessary.

      Develop strategic sourcing strategies to effectively source candidates through cold calling, networking, career fairs, Internet postings, on-campus recruiting, and employee referrals.

      Your Skills and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree required.
      • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in a Human Resources/Talent field such as University Relations, Early Career Programs, Talent Management, Learning and Development or Business Human Resources.
      • Strong project management, attention to detail and execution skills.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong executive presence with capability to influence executive audiences.
      • Exceptional stakeholder management, consulting skills and ability to successfully navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
      • Ability to balance broader Early Talent and Talent Team-wide goals with local/individual line of business goals to ensure successful, consistent implementation.
      • Strong business and financial acumen skills.
      • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office suite PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Capable of building executive ready presentations.
      • Proficient in use of virtual meeting platform tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Workday.
      • 10-20% travel to US site locations and conferences.
