      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure the quality of individualized developmental services provided at Kids First
      - Support the academic mission of the Kids First program
      - Administer standardized developmental testing instruments
      - Build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
      - Demonstrate professionalism and continuous skill development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus one of the following: Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education Certificate, Child Development Associate Certificate, or Birth to Pre-K Credential
      - Documentation of 12 hours of experience working with children with special needs
      - 12 hours of coursework in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or child and family studies
      - Six months of documented experience working with children
      - Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in early childhood development or special education
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Knowledge of developmental milestones in the birth to five population
      - Experience administering developmental testing instruments
