What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentor independent sales agents to enhance business growth in their territories
- Increase sales through penetration within existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts
- Engage with end users 70% of the time while managing distribution activities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales, leads, and customer interactions effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, or Business is a plus
- 3 to 5 years of previous selling experience in the safety industry preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel 65% of the time
- Strong customer service skills and excellent oral/written communication skills
