What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, train, and develop sales efforts, managing independent and direct sales representatives
- Drive growth with key customers and target accounts to meet or exceed sales expectations
- Develop programs to enhance product growth within the customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction
- Create and implement sales strategies tailored to customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in competitive markets
- Previous sales experience in the Welding, Industrial, and/or Safety industries is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Must be able to travel, with overnight stays a minimum of 2-3 nights per week
