What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and document business processes to design efficient, compliant workflows in the Laserfiche platform
- Collaborate with various programs to optimize and digitize records management practices
- Facilitate user requirements gathering sessions and process reengineering workshops
- Develop functional specifications and conduct user acceptance testing for Laserfiche solutions
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support to enhance adoption of ECM solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Six (6) years of experience in business analysis of Information Technology (IT) projects or agency-wide initiatives
- Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, STEM fields, Business Administration, or a closely related field, or completion of a two-year accredited vocational training program in IT
- Experience with business and workflow analysis and requirements development for ECM and data management solutions
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across programs and with stakeholders
- Strong documentation and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on business, information technology, project management, or a related field
- Two+ years of experience specifically in ECM and data management solutions
- Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Knowledge of M365 tools and project management systems like Monday.com
- Prosci OCM Certification
