  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support multi-channel advertising strategy to enhance product awareness and sales
  - Monitor and analyze advertising campaigns on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms
  - Manage and optimize existing campaigns while proposing new strategies for improvement
  - Create and maintain monthly KPI spend/sales reports by category and brand
  - Conduct keyword research and A/B testing to improve advertising effectiveness
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 3 years' experience in digital campaign marketing, preferably with Amazon advertising
  - Strong proficiency in digital marketing metrics and ROI analysis
  - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with retail media multi-channel marketing platforms
  - Knowledge of database software (SQL preferred) and BI software
  - Strong attention to detail in composing and proofing materials
  - Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies
