What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze digital banking data and trends to recommend solutions for improving member experience
- Collaborate with IT and other teams for planning and implementing digital banking projects
- Support end users on eCommerce products and delivery channels through data analytics
- Provide reports on eCommerce data analytics and monitor remote service utilization and performance metrics
- Act as a technical support resource for member support staff and ensure compliance with regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 6 months of self-service and remote channel development experience
- Experience in a financial institution or retail environment preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred, minimum 2-year degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of data analysis experience
- Proficiency in digital platform data sources and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a product and/or channel support role
- Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms and integrations
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
- Proficiency in Q2 platform, digital banking integrations, and other relevant systems
