What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manually update reports for overall Direct to Consumer results, new customer acquisition, internal promotions, re-purchase rate, and lifetime value
- Report findings and opportunities for website and advertising improvement to the VP of e-Commerce
- Monitor, analyze, and report on customer satisfaction and related consumer-driven metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting tools and deploy relevant analytics dashboards
- Update Google Sheets with metrics from various platforms, including Advertising and Analytics Platforms, and backend Shopify
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years of related professional experience
- Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, and SPINS Data
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Familiarity with Airbyte, PostgreSQL, and Metabase
- Ability to translate data analysis into actionable business recommendations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are a plus
- Understanding of effective report/dashboard design and standards
- Experience defining and managing multi-touchpoint consumer journeys across digital and physical marketing channels
