- Manage product asset trackers, work queues, and status reports.
- Pull and organize priority product lists requiring imagery or copy.
- Submit and track vendor asset requests using standard templates and timelines.
- Follow up with vendors on missing, incomplete, or incorrect assets.
- Prioritize requests based on product category, target dates, and business needs.
- Review vendor-provided imagery and copy for quality, accuracy, file naming, and completion.
- Document, organize, and transfer assets into internal content and digital asset systems.
- Prepare worklists, instructions, and assets for production support teams.
- Perform basic image edits as needed, including cropping, resizing, and minor corrections.
- Partner with content teams to resolve asset issues, clarify requirements, and reduce rework.
- Support process improvements for asset intake, tracking, and content workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in eCommerce content, digital content operations, digital merchandising, asset coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience working with trackers, spreadsheets, shared queues, and content workflow tools.
- Strong written communication skills for vendor outreach and follow-up.
- Ability to reprioritize tasks daily in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail, especially with file naming, content standards, and completion checks.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management systems.
- Prior experience with FTP sites, shared asset delivery tools, or vendor file transfers.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce image standards and product page content requirements.
- Basic Photoshop or image editing experience.
- Exposure to tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Firefly, AEM Assets, Alteryx, Power Automate, Copilot, AI assistants, or similar workflow automation tools.
Oxford Solutions is working with a retail client to fill a Remote eCommerce Digital Asset Specialist opening. This is a 1-year contract role. The position is fully remote and will follow East Coast business hours.
The eCommerce Digital Asset Specialist will support high-volume product content operations for online product pages. This role is responsible for tracking, requesting, receiving, organizing, and reviewing product imagery and copy to ensure digital assets meet established standards before use. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with digital content, eCommerce assets, vendors, and internal content teams.
