      Job Duties

      • Manage the day-to-day activities needed to support the eCommerce program, with a specific focus on revenue growth, repeat purchases, customer retention and new customer acquisition.
      • Support the implementation of new functionality for the eCommerce platform, including scope definition and execution, process and procedure development, change management plans, and customer testing and communication.
      • Perform the day-to-day monitoring of eCommerce activity.
      • Provide operational and eCommerce order support to the Retail network.
      • Update and maintain business process flows including step by step user guides and training documentation supporting all order processing.
      • Maintain a strong understanding of customer journey, profiles, competitive landscape and needs to identify business process improvements.
      • Provide recommendations to improve the online experience and ease of doing business on eCommerce sites.
      • Collaborate cross functionally to develop strategies to help optimize the online buying experience.
      • Leverage analytics, web tools and voice of customer research to support ongoing changes to improve the customer experience.
      • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance all initiatives and report results to stakeholders.
      • Recommend new ways to promote and grow online sales.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience.
      • Experience in developing and leading eCommerce programs.
      • Understanding of how content, design, and user interface work together to create an optimal user experience.
      • Strong understanding of online marketing strategies.
      • Fluent in development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
      • Knowledge of eCommerce processes and best practices.
      • Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames, and meet deadlines.
      • Proactive, flexible self-starter with strong interpersonal and team building skills.
