      We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager / eCommerce Manager to join our consumer team in North Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the digital presence of Galderma's products and services across pure play channels and specifically Amazon. You will play a crucial role in growing Galderma's online business, managing key e-commerce platforms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the online purchasing journey.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Drive annual Sales Growth and Trade Promotional Spend for assigned customers.

      • Own customer forecasting and propose investment levels during Brand and Account Planning.

      • Set and measure online presence through Galderma's CARS framework.

      • Collaborate with local/regional leads to enhance our ecommerce footprint.

      • Provide regular performance updates on set account KPIs

      • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

      • Manage total trade spend and adjust plans based on promotional effectiveness and ROI analysis.

      Skills & Qualifications

      • Bachelors degree or equivalent

      • Proficient in the use of IRI/Aztec and IQVIA databases

      • 3 years+ Ecommerce Management experience in the FMCG industry. Health & Beauty channel experience ideal but not mandatory.

      • Experience with major online retailers such as Amazon, Coles Online or Woolworths Online, CWH Online

      • Leads and influences teams that are not direct reports
