VPZ are the market leading UK based specialist vape and e-cigarette retailer. We currently have over 150 stores across the UK with more store openings on the way. We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to join our business.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage all online activities related to sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Develop and enhance digital platforms to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Implement eCommerce strategies to improve website performance.
• Create and own the trading calendar for the UK website, App, and Marketplaces to align with seasonal marketing plans.
• Collaborate with the Head of eCommerce & Marketing to progress website merchandising strategies, including personalization and targeting.
• Research product merchandising technology to improve onsite merchandising efficiency and website conversion.
• Lead merchandising testing and optimization for all website sales touchpoints, such as recommendation zones and category sorting rules.

• Implement the online merchandising strategy to enhance key KPIs, including customer conversion, AOV (Average Order Value), cross-sell, and upsell.
• Manage product launches across the Website, App, and Marketplaces, aligned with brand campaigns and advertising activities.
• Execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
• Work with developers to improve website speed.
• Identify opportunities to drive category sales and clear dormant/discontinued stock sell-through in coordination with stock control and buying teams.

• Create a content calendar for the Website, App, and Marketplaces to support marketing and product objectives.
• Prioritize website/App content adjustments based on trading insights discussed in weekly meetings.

• Coordinate with warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to launch ranges and content according to the product launch calendar, maintaining accuracy.

• Implement the seasonal trading calendar and provide category and range trading insights to the Head of Department.
• Maximize performance for customer acquisition channels, including SEO, affiliates, email marketing, and social media, in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing activities.

• Provide analysis and insights on sales metrics, new product sell-through, and offering code performance.
• Collaborate with internal analysts to develop trading reports using back-office systems, Google Analytics, and eCommerce systems for actionable insights.
• Provide insights on customer shopping behaviours to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
• Report insights on campaign KPIs and overall return on investment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast- paced eCommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, website management, and customer experience optimization.
• Proficient in using eCommerce platforms and analytics tools.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and implementing eCommerce strategies.
