      POSITION SUMMARY:

      The eComm Marketplace Manager for Nature Made Marketplace will lead our strategy and management of our online marketplaces for Pharmavite’s key retailer partners. This role owns marketplace strategy and alignment to broader channel strategy, driving strong execution to achieve key growth and P&L objectives.

      This role requires strong analytical skills, a strong understanding of the 3P marketplace ecosystem, and the ability to make data-driven decisions that support long-term growth. This role partners with cross-functional teams across the organization, notably Sales, Finance, Planning, Operations, and Marketing, while proactively managing key activities such as retailer media strategy and associated budget(s), inventory monitoring/replenishment, competitive & own sales performance reporting, reporting on category trends & insights, catalog monitoring/maintenance, and driving sales performance to meet/exceed sales objectives in support of the organization’s national, monthly, quarterly, and annual company goals.

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Manages P&L and selling strategy for Walmart Marketplace and contributes to refining our go to market strategy for other 3rd party marketplaces and pure play retailers
      • Develops and maintains relationships with key personnel internally & externally related to the strategic accounts and distributors who support our Marketplace accounts
      • Develops and executes a strategic plan with tactics to deliver annual net sales and profit goals, distribution goals, and marketing/promotion plans
      • Manages marketplace media strategy & relationship with external agency(ies) to drive sales and investment efficiencies
      • Monitors and identifies competitive activity within the eComm channel, while proactively sharing data-driven action plans to grow share
      • Provides regular insights and reporting of new item trends and emerging segments to key internal stakeholders and leadership
      • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of active portfolio
      • Collaborates with broader account team to ensure marketplace activities support overall account goals/objectives
      • Continuously improve marketplace sales process and product performance feedback
      • Develops promotional strategy that aligns with brand goals and drives profitable growth
      • Performs other related duties as assigned

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

      Experience:

      3+ years of 3P marketplace management and proven cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, planning, finance, and marketing to meet/exceed organizational goals. Previous experience working with assigned Key Account/Retailer preferred.

      Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

      • Experience in eComm sales and/or data analytics
      • Ability to distill massive amounts of data from disparate sources into actionable insights and data driven decisions
      • Experience in implementing & evaluating paid search & programmatic advertising
      • Clear communication skills w. ability to communicate abstract concepts
      • Understanding of the dynamic pricing models across Retail.com
      • Strong knowledge of online retailers and 3P marketplaces such as: Amazon, Walmart, Target +, experience with distributors like Swanson also a plus
      • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
      • Demonstrated record of sales achievement throughout career
      • Experience working with eCommerce data sources, including Stackline, Nielsen, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Central
      • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite, mastery of Excel. Power BI a plus
      • Ability to seamlessly shift between strategic and tactical job responsibilities
      • Ability to manage multiple objectives and prioritize efficiently
      • “Team first” mentality: take on other assignments as needed to support the team
      • Stay current on latest eCommerce trends

      Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Business or Marketing degree is preferred.

      SALARY RANGE:

      National Target Base Pay Range: $96,000 - $162,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $106,000 - $180,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

      Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

      Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
