What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute online merchandising strategies to enhance conversion rates and customer experience
- Coordinate with outsourced site merchandising partners for launches, promotions, and content updates
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and prioritized site content
- Drive personalization and experimentation strategies in collaboration with PMs and data teams
- Act as the SEO lead for North America, overseeing site optimization efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of eCommerce site merchandising experience in a consumer or B2B setting
- Proven ability to plan and execute merchandising strategies that drive measurable outcomes
- Experience with site usability, A/B testing, and site optimization techniques
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and hands-on experience in executing SEO strategies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
