      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide training and technical assistance for the multi-county Great Rivers Consortium (GRC)
      - Determine eligibility and supportive service levels for public assistance programs
      - Review casework to ensure compliance with program standards and accurate benefits issuance
      - Conduct investigative interviews to gather and evaluate client information
      - Create and generate performance reports to measure staff and program effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in human services, public/business administration, economics, accounting, communication, or a related field
      - Two (2) years of paid, full-time experience determining eligibility for income maintenance and/or childcare assistance programs
      - Two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office software
      - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
      - Successful completion of criminal and caregiver background checks
