What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, develop, and drive a sales pipeline for processor IP technology and software solutions in key accounts across Silicon Valley
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline while driving market penetration, adoption, and revenue
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including Application Engineers, Business Unit Marketing, and executives to achieve sales targets
- Manage contract negotiations with customers and internal teams
- Provide market and account feedback to drive product roadmaps and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4+ years in sales and account management or as an Applications Engineer or Design Engineer with a proven track record of success
- Deep understanding of electronic systems and hardware design
- Minimum MSEE/CS degree
- Working knowledge of digital implementation flows and semiconductor manufacturing ecosystems
- Ability to effectively translate customer needs into viable solutions for internal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Strategic Selling techniques such as Miller Heiman or Target Account Selling
- Understanding of DFT chip bring-up and manufacturing flows
- Proven ability to foster and grow customer relationships at all organizational levels
