What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and update maps, guidelines, and profiles using Edifecs tools for Healthcare EDI transactions
- Design, develop, and implement Edifecs solutions while addressing technical and business challenges
- Configure Edifecs tools and manage system integration and application performance
- Monitor and troubleshoot transactions in Edifecs Transaction Manager
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing scalable applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of related experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in software design, building, and deployment in IT
- Strong critical thinking and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or a combination of education and work experience
- Experience with the Edifecs Healthcare suite and EDI transaction sets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Experience in automated testing strategies, including TDD and ATDD
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services and development tools
- Background in developing Groovy Scripts
- Active participation in the Open Source Community
