What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to gather and document business requirements
- Develop clear agile User Stories and Features to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Assist with root cause analysis and troubleshooting of issues in business processes
- Participate in feature refinement meetings and contribute to the preparation of test scenarios
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across various levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in requirements management
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with EDI, Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs, or similar enterprise systems
- Familiarity with the healthcare environment, specifically Medicaid/Medicare
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EDIFEC's platform
- Familiarity with Agile processes and ceremonies
- Experience in designing interfaces or mocking up user interfaces for various platforms
- Certifications in core technical systems such as Facets, CCA, SAP, or similar enterprise systems
- Certifications in Agile methodologies or Business/System Analyst roles
