What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery for assigned projects
- Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of deliverables
- Prepare project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring project requirements are met with high quality
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight for client-specific projects on a day-to-day basis
- Identify areas for improvement in internal workflows and project processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and support their professional development
- Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating confident leadership presence
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to proactively address client needs
- Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects successfully
- Demonstrated ability to ensure effective project control from planning through production
- Skills in developing project plans and reviewing financial and billing information timely
