      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee all aspects of peer review coordination from submission to transmittal for research articles
      - Complete quality control checks for incoming research articles
      - Correspond with authors, editors, and reviewers regarding submissions and deadlines
      - Notify authors of manuscript decisions and screen revisions for plagiarism
      - Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including answering queries and managing communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent knowledge
      - At least one year of related experience in a similar role
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
      - Ability to work successfully in a team environment and manage competing priorities
      - Proven integrity and professional judgment in handling sensitive information

      - Experience working in complex environments with a high degree of organizational effectiveness
      - Demonstrated concern for quality and service orientation in previous roles
      - Familiarity with academic publishing processes and peer review coordination
