      Job Scope:

      As the Education Executive - Canada, you are responsible for leading Education Programs, and special events to support the Canada territory. This includes conducting new hire training at local and virtual schools, virtual events, and special events in-person. You will assist the Vice President of Education and the Head of Sales – Canada with all Education programs and Key Performance Indicators.

      You will create a beautiful impact by:

      • Working closely with the Senior Director of Canada and Account Executive on trainings and events.

      • Coaching all Beauty Advisors in region – with a focus on top performing doors and new Beauty Advisors.

      • Conducting trainings (New Hire, department trainings, market schools, Client Service model) to educate on product knowledge and Key Performance Indicators.

      • Identifying opportunities in key doors and developing training programs that best meet the needs of the account.

      • Translating training materials from English to Mandarin or simplified Chinese.

      • Engaging in customer contact and knowing top 20 customers for each door.

      • Meeting regularly with department and store management to review retail sales, inventory, staffing, recruiting, and sales promotions.

      • Developing and strengthen relationships with retailers.

      • Tracking retail sales against goal and identifying opportunities for increased sales within territory. Analyzing the business and proactively taking corrective action to get results.

      • Implementing all merchandising guidelines by door while upholding counter image, brand identity, and hygiene in accordance with La Prairie Standards.

      To be our next creative and audacious talent you will need:

      • Fluent in business-level Mandarin speaking and writing (required)

      • Must be able to travel 50% of the time

      • Exceptional communication skills

      • Experience in Luxury Retail Space and experience partnering with Holt Renfrew

      • Aptitude for technical applications, i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Retail Systems

      • Outstanding presentation skills and ability to lead large group trainings and events

      • Demonstrates strong organizational and follow-up skills with extreme attention to detail

      • Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

      • 1-1 and group coaching a must
