      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the employer's Education business in privacy discussions for education offerings and services, defining project scope and success metrics
      - Own and drive contract and DPA negotiations across multiple internal teams to ensure timely agreements with educational institutions
      - Maintain education-specific privacy operational processes to enable global access to education offerings
      - Develop training and awareness materials for education teams, including privacy checklists and training sessions
      - Track and report program metrics and compliance posture to Education Leadership, escalating risks and proposing remediation plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or related program management roles
      - Knowledge of privacy regulations relevant to education, including FERPA, COPPA, and GDPR
      - Familiarity with platform and developer artifacts such as APIs, SDKs, and LMS integrations
      - Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical topics for stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with education customers or academic institutions
      - Knowledge of LMS systems and academic procurement/licensing models
      - Prior experience implementing data subject request workflows, particularly for minors
      - Certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or equivalent privacy/security certifications
      - Bachelor's degree in privacy, law, computer science, education technology, or a related field
