      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site coordination of the embedded Bachelor of Arts degree at the Ohio Reformatory for Women
      - Serve as a liaison between faculty, staff, and incarcerated students involved in the program
      - Coordinate all courses and student activities, including the implementation of Canvas software
      - Manage administrative functions such as attendance records, technology regulations, and space requests
      - Assess and respond to student needs, arranging academic and financial support services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in education program coordination or student support
      - Ability to pass an ODRC background check to work in a prison facility
      - Strong communication skills to facilitate interactions with faculty, students, and prison administration
      - Commitment to social justice and educational equity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with incarcerated or reentry populations
      - Background similar to the target student population, including a history of incarceration and successful reentry
      - Demonstrated commitment to social justice initiatives
      - Knowledge of educational equity practices and policies
      - Familiarity with advising and mentoring techniques tailored to diverse student needs
