Job Description
- Req#: 1941
- Ensure compliance with the educational components of Early Head Start Performance Standards.
- Provide practice-based coaching, mentoring, and training to home-based parent educators.
- Review child assessment data and home visit documentation to support quality improvement and professional development.
- Observe and evaluate home visits and socializations to promote effective early learning practices.
- Collaborate with program leadership to support educator performance and overall program quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field with required early childhood coursework.
- At least three years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting; coaching or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development, assessments, and compliance-driven programs.
- Ability to analyze data, provide constructive feedback, and train adult learners.
- A mission-aligned, collaborative mindset with a commitment to supporting children, families, and educators.
