- Develop, implement, and sustain an Operator’s Safety Toolbox for job starts and customize processes for clients, projects, and sites.
- Monitor KPIs. Analyze performance for improvement opportunities.
- Verify compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Compliance reporting to Operations
- Point of Contact for ongoing assistance requests from Operators in the field
- Selective onsite compliance verification
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
- Possess working knowledge of Fed and State OSHA regulations, DOT regulations.
- Above average competency with MS suite of applications
- Certifications/Licenses: • CSP/ASP/OHST/SMS
- 5-10 years of progressive responsibility in the field of Safety and Regulatory Compliance
- Successful implementation of injury/liability reduction initiatives
- Actively partner with Operations to provide needed support.
- Effectively partner with peer EHS resources and EHS Team Members on other Teams
- Design and implement controls to mitigate identified compliance gaps and EH&S risks.
- Influence/enforce policy, recognize desired behaviors, and provide coaching to Operators.
- Align Safety Goals and objectives with Industry Group/Region/Market priorities.
- Develop processes, materials, and programs for the oversight of BUs requiring minimal on-the-ground support.
- Corporate office environment
- Travel up to 10%
The Manager of the EH&S Safety Resource Team (Bi-lingual/Spanish), executes processes and oversees accounts in assigned territory requiring minimal on-the-ground support. This position performs services such as janitorial, parking, and landscaping. It is a hybrid position that involves three days in the office.
They will provide support and deliver safety services via on-the-ground support when such support is unavailable from the operation. The EH&S Manager develops, delivers, and monitors initial and ongoing services, including:
Pay: $85-$89K
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
