What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, implement, maintain, and support clinical applications of basic to medium complexity
- Solve routine issues and apply solutions for components of clinical applications or programs
- Assist in designing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining clinical applications and programs
- Develop, maintain, and execute testing scripts for clinical applications
- Proactively partner with customers to understand and meet their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sufficient educational background and/or experience to perform clinical applications analysis or programming
- IT experience, including desktop support, programming, and Epic support
- Ability to gather data and prepare clinical application documentation for existing and proposed procedures
- Must be able to adhere to internal controls and reporting structure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Epic certifications or proficiencies in related applications (e.g., Cupid, Orders)
