What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve complex EHS situations
- Provide in-depth analysis of safety metrics
- Coach and mentor operations leaders
- Establish communication with site leadership and customers
- Manage EHS incident reporting and investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of progressive experience
- 5+ years managing and developing employees
- Bachelor's degree in safety-related field
- Certifications such as CSST, CSSM, CHST, OHST, ASP, and CSP recommended
- Knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910 and 1926, NFPA, and Process Safety

- Strong customer service, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and research skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare accurate reports under time sensitive deadlines
