What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop engaging learning materials and manage projects within the Learning & Development team
- Support team operations and write content for educational resources
- Handle case management and contribute to key reporting tasks
- Utilize authoring tools and learning design principles in curriculum development
- Communicate effectively with diverse individuals and manage multiple projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in education, instructional design, English, or a related field
- Proficiency in learning design principles, including ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Google Suite and eLearning development tools
- Must have C1 or at least C2 level of English proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI tools for content development and proofreading
- Familiarity with Moodle or other learning management systems
- Skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or graphic design
- Knowledge of best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Expertise in proofreading and editing, adhering to grammar and style standards
