What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple retail projects in construction services
- Manage project development from beginning to end, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, budgets, schedules, and client delivery for each project
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback loops to enhance team efficiency
- Communicate clearly with team members and client representatives, providing regular project updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field; or minimum of three years of related experience
- Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record
- Minimum of three years of project management experience in construction or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current PMP certification
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
- Knowledge of industry best practices and techniques for effective project execution
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations related to construction projects
