What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site inspection, validation, functional testing, verification, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment
- Develop commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists, and functional performance test scripts
- Review construction-related design documents, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare and oversee project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage personal and site team hours using company tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline OR two years of hands-on installation, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical infrastructure plus a minimum of eight years' additional experience
- Knowledge of electrical system principles
- Skilled in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment with effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and optimize operational processes
- Certification for NFPA70E and/or OSHA training as required
