      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of the Electronic Services Division, including planning and leading teams
      - Manage strategic and tactical planning, budgeting, and development of IT policies
      - Ensure compliance with best practices and legislative mandates
      - Act as a technical mentor and coach for subordinates
      - Implement Lean process improvements within respective programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or business management, or a closely related field
      - 4 years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or project manager in an IT enterprise organization
      - Working experience in an enterprise IT/Radio/Network management field may substitute for education year for year
      - Ability to manage operations and resources effectively in the absence of the Division Commander
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current Project Management Certification (Project Management Professional)
      - Experience with land mobile radio systems, wide area networks, and telephony systems
      - Knowledge of budget and fiscal management training/experience within WA State Government
      - Familiarity with the incident command system (ICS) focusing on communications planning
      - Prior contract management experience and training
