What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end email campaign management, including strategy, design, production, and reporting
- Design and build various email campaigns, from sales promotions to audience engagement
- Utilize Tessitura (CRM) to manage audience segmentation and campaign performance tracking
- Ensure high standards in grammar, style, and brand alignment across all email communications
- Collaborate with multiple departments to align messaging and timing for campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on email marketing
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, with a strong preference for Tessitura and Wordfly
- Proven experience managing multiple email campaigns targeting different audience segments
- Strong copy-editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize key performance metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with clients or organizations that involve ticket sales
- Familiarity with Asana for project management (helpful but not required)
- Background in the performing arts or adjacent industries
- Knowledge of email deliverability testing across various devices and clients
- Resourcefulness and a sense of humor, with a passion for team success
